Confidentiality
Everything discussed in the
therapy session will remain confidential (kept between therapist and client only). The only exceptions to confidentiality
are:
1. If I feel a client is in danger of harming him/herself or another
2. If I have a signed waver to speak with an outside party
3. Tarasoff or "Duty to Warn" if a client or other identifiable person is in clear or imminent danger

Hour Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, for any reason (other than a life-threatening
emergency), I require a 42 hour notice of cancellation or I will charge for a full session.
Session Time Guidelines
and Fees
Each individual or couple's session will run 45 minutes at $150 per session. A family
session will run 75 minutes at $175 per session.
